Digital dentistry and medical specialities in a modern outpatient clinic in Ferrara.
Via Bologna 415 · Mon-Fri 9:30-13:30 and 15:30-20:00

with several specialist skills coordinated within the same facility.
Our core activity isdigital dentistry, with intraoral scanners, guided surgery, digital radiology and 3D printing on site: fewer conventional impressions, fewer external steps and shorter chair time. Alongside dentistry, our medical centre offers aesthetic medicine, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, vascular medicine and phlebology, nutrition and psychology, with a single front desk coordinating appointments and care pathways.
Large, bright rooms, separate routes for the different specialities and digital equipment in every room. Every space is designed around the comfort and privacy of the people we treat.
Dentistry and medical specialities share the same clinic: the same front desk coordinates appointments, records and referrals between professionals.
Separate rooms for dentistry, hygiene, rehabilitation and specialist consultations, with distinct routes to reduce waiting and overlaps. Care is coordinated internally: when several disciplines are involved, appointments are arranged together.
Clinical records are collected in the health dossier, which is populated only with specific, always revocable consent, as described in the privacy notice.
Intraoral scanner, guided surgery, 3D printing, low-dose digital radiology and AI-assisted diagnostic support tools for dentistry; alexandrite laser, microneedling, plasma dermo-ablation and carboxytherapy for aesthetic medicine.
Via Bologna 415 - 44124 Ferrara (FE), Italy
Monday to Friday, 09:30-13:30 and 15:30-20:00
Saturday and Sunday on request, for urgent cases
The entrance is served by a FAAC automatic sliding door and a VIMEC platform stairlift, which make it possible to overcome the difference in level at the entrance steps without having to climb them. Wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility are assisted by staff at every stage: arrival, waiting, appointment and departure.
The entrance is served by a FAAC automatic sliding door: it opens when a person is detected, stays open while the passage is occupied and leaves a clear opening, with no steps or thresholds to cross. No handle to grasp, no door to hold open.
From the door to the waiting room, and from the waiting room to the consulting rooms, the route remains level.
The lifting platform overcomes the difference in level at the entrance steps, carrying the person seated in their wheelchair, with no transfers and no lifting. The ramps open and close on their own, travel is slow and continuous, and the controls can be operated by the person or by reception staff.
Anyone accompanying a family member can travel up with them and stay by their side throughout the appointment.
There is a large car park in front of the clinic: you arrive by car and step out a few metres from the entrance, with no difficult crossings.
The clinic is in an accessible area served by local public transport, which is convenient for those who do not travel by car.
Large shopping centres and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity: useful when the appointment is combined with other errands.
If you are coming from outside the province, the clinic is a few minutes from the motorway. Leave theA13 at the Ferrara Sud exit, follow the signs for Ferrara / Via Bologna and continue along the SS64 Via Bologna as far as number 415: the whole route is on main roads, without crossing the historic centre.
From the motorway exit to the entrance takes approximately 5-10 minutes by car, with parking in front of the clinic.
Dentists, medical specialists and clinical staff working at the Ferrara location, under the medical direction of the clinic.
Every device on site answers a specific clinical need. Here you will find what it does, what it changes for the patient and which treatments it is used in.
It captures a three-dimensional model of the arches with a small camera, replacing impressions taken with pastes and trays.
The scan takes a few minutes, removes the discomfort of impression material and avoids repeating the procedure when the model needs correcting.
The procedure is planned on the computer using 3D images and carried out with a custom-built surgical guide that directs the position of the implant.
The surgeon works on the position decided at the planning stage: access is more limited and chair time is reduced.
It produces surgical guides, temporaries, night guards and study models at the clinic from the intraoral scan file.
Fewer steps involving external laboratories and shorter delivery times, with the option of immediately correcting a device that does not fit.
Digital sensors replace film in intraoral and panoramic X-rays; three-dimensional images are used for surgical planning.
A significantly lower radiation dose than with conventional technique and an image available immediately, reviewed together with the patient.
Algorithms trained on radiographic images flag suspect areas to the doctor, which remain subject to the clinical assessment of the doctor.
A systematic second check on the images, useful for catching early lesions. Diagnosis and the treatment plan remain with the doctor.
755 nm alexandrite laser with Moveo technology: the handpiece with a sapphire tip glides over the skin in repeated low-power passes instead of single high-energy pulses. With the dedicated Moveo PL handpiece the system is used to treat selected benign pigmented lesions, after medical assessment of the lesion.
Suitable for different skin phototypes, including darker phototypes, following medical assessment. The handpiece includes a contact skin-cooling system.
Microneedling system with a 16-needle cartridge, able to create up to 1,920 micro-channels per second, and working depth adjustable from 0.2 to 3.0 mm. AOVN (Oscillating Vertical Needle) technology provides a controlled vertical movement of the needles, with parameters adapted to the area and the clinical indication.
A single device covers different areas and concerns, from fine lines to acne scars, with a dedicated mode for the latter.
A medical plasma device acting “layer by layer” on the superficial layers of the skin only: power and frequency are set by the doctor according to the indication, the skin phototype and the characteristics of the area to be treated.
Localised treatment of benign skin lesions selected by the doctor, with control of the treated area. Non-surgical blepharoplasty is indicated in selected cases of mild to moderate eyelid skin laxity, following medical assessment.
It delivers medical CO2 through micro-injections with 30G needles, with adjustable flow, gas warming to 35° and a SOFT function for gradual release.
Treatment with controlled delivery of medical CO₂ acting on the microcirculation and on collagen synthesis, applicable to both body and face.

For treatments, several payment methods can be considered and, where available, financing options. We prepare tailored estimates, to be reviewed together according to the treatment plan and individual circumstances.
After the consultation and clinical assessment we prepare a clear, itemised estimate based on the treatment that is actually needed.
Our staff are available to explain every item in the treatment plan and to identify the most suitable option together with the patient.
For some treatments, deferred interest-free payment can be agreed directly with Medident Clinic.
The number of instalments, the amounts and the due dates are agreed with the patient before treatment begins, transparently and in line with the treatment pathway.

You can apply for financing through Compass to spread the cost of treatment over monthly instalments.
Approval of the financing is subject to assessment and acceptance by the finance provider. Our staff can assist with the application and explain the available options.
For payments compatible with these services, the amount can be split into 3 instalments using PayPal or Klarna.
Availability of the service and approval of the payment depend on the conditions applied by the chosen provider.
Contact us for more information, to book an appointment or to find out which payment options are available for your treatment.
Payment methods, deferred payments and financing are subject to conditions, availability and approval. All details are communicated and agreed before treatment begins.

In compliance with the transparency obligations set out in Italian Law no. 124 of 4 August 2017, Medident Clinic S.r.l. publishes the information concerning the public funding received to build and start up its healthcare facility.
Medident Clinic S.r.l. received funding under the ON - Oltre Nuove imprese a tasso zero scheme, managed by the Italian national agency for inward investment and enterprise development, Invitalia S.p.A.
The funding supported the works required to build the facility, the purchase of plant, medical and dental equipment, IT equipment, specialist services and the working capital needed to start the activity.
Following the final assessment carried out by Invitalia, concluded with a report dated 7 May 2026, total eligible expenditure of EUR 502,111.36 was recognised, of which EUR 486,500.36 related to investments and EUR 15,611.00 to working capital.
The funding was paid out against progress reports on the works (SAL). The following table shows the amounts credited in each calendar year, distinguishing between the subsidised loan subject to repayment and the non-repayable grant.
The amounts are gross of any adjustments made on final payment. Updated data can be consulted in the Italian National State Aid Register.
The total amount granted includes both a subsidised loan subject to repayment and a non-repayable component and therefore does not constitute a non-repayable grant in its entirety. The amount granted is published by Invitalia in the list of funding relating to project NIT20000680.
The individual aid granted to the company can also be consulted in the Italian National State Aid Register, searching by tax code 11391150965.

The same rules apply to dentistry and to all the medical specialities at the clinic.
Appointments are made through the contact form, by telephone or by email. The front desk calls back to confirm the date and time and states which professional will carry out the appointment.
The appointment lasts approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the speciality and clinical needs.
The cost varies with the speciality and the treatment requested and is stated when booking. Payment is made at the clinic, at the end of the appointment.
Subsequent appointments are coordinated by the same front desk, including when the pathway involves several disciplines within the clinic.
For hygiene and prevention, the recall interval is set according to individual risk and tracked by the front desk, which sends an appointment reminder through the contact channels provided by the patient.
To move or cancel an appointment we ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance: the slot is then freed for someone else. If you do not attend without notice, the front desk may ask for a new confirmation before scheduling the next appointment.
A doctor referral is needed only for those services that require one: the front desk will tell you when you book.
Urgent cases are handled on request, by appointment: call the front desk during opening hours, Monday to Friday 09:30-13:30 and 15:30-20:00. On Saturday and Sunday the clinic receives patients on request only, always by appointment.
Medident Clinic does not operate an accident and emergency service or a continuous on-call service. In an emergency, call 118 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Call us, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form: the front desk will call you back to confirm the date and time.

Thank you. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Choose the appointment, the professional and one of the available times. The booking is recorded directly in the Medident Clinic diary.
The times shown reflect the current availability of the practice and of the professionals, in the clinic's time zone (Europe/Rome).
The form is provided by the Medident diary and is loaded only when you open it: until then the site contacts no external service.
We cannot load the availability at the moment.
You can try again or contact the front office directly.
Would you rather speak to the front office?
For an urgent matter please contact the front office directly: the practice has no emergency department and no round-the-clock on-call service.
How Medident limits external connections and protects privacy while you browse.
Medident Clinic applies a data-minimisation approach to its website as well. Wherever possible, the resources needed to display the pages are hosted directly on the site's own infrastructure, and external services subject to consent are loaded only after the user makes a positive choice.
The behaviour of the site is also subject to periodic technical checks, to verify the connections made by the browser before and after consent is given.
Date: 18 August 2026
Result: no optional connection detected before user interaction; once opened, the booking form contacts a single technical host.
This behaviour may depend on the hosting configuration and is checked periodically. The check describes the build indicated and does not constitute a certification of compliance.
Build audited on 18 August 2026: 2026-08-18-1629-1ufymm — previous pre-consent check: build 2026-08-14-1746-1ufymm of 14 August 2026
On a first visit, before the user makes a choice on the cookie banner, the site is configured to load only the necessary resources coming from Medident's host.
In the latest technical check, no automatic pre-consent connections to non-necessary third-party services were detected.
The map on the site is not loaded automatically. Before consent a local placeholder is shown and no Google Maps iframe is created.
Only after a positive choice by the user does the site enable the map and the resulting connections to the Google services it requires. Simply opening the page or scrolling to the map section does not activate the service.
Closing the banner with the X, the "Reject" command and saving preferences without any optional category all keep third-party services disabled. Consent can be changed later through the cookie preferences system.
The «Book your appointment» section hosts the Medident diary module (Clinic Core), which handles bookable services, professionals, availability and appointment recording. The site acts as a container and does not calculate availability itself.
The module is not loaded when the page opens: it is requested only when the user selects «Open the booking form». Until then the site makes no connection to the diary services. Anyone who prefers not to use the module can book by telephone or WhatsApp.
When the form is opened the browser contacts a single technical host, indispensable for providing the requested service: that of the Medident diary, which supplies both the form's interface and the application functions. Only the data needed for the booking is transmitted: first name, surname, email, telephone, service, professional, chosen date and time.
At the last step, the one before confirmation, the form loads an anti-abuse check provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile), needed to prevent automated bookings. From that moment the browser also contacts the host of that check. It is not loaded earlier: opening the page, opening the form, choosing the service, the professional and the time generate no request towards Cloudflare.
In the check carried out on 18 August 2026 the booking form set no cookies, created no entries in the browser's local or session storage and created no IndexedDB databases. The data entered remains in the page's memory until the booking is submitted. The form contains no statistical analysis, advertising or profiling tools.
The stage following the execution of the anti-abuse check is verified on the public domain at the end of a real booking, because it requires the whole flow to be completed. The results are reported on this page and in the Cookie Policy: no cookie is declared before it has actually been observed.
The privacy policy can be reached at a stable address — the #privacy anchor of each language version of the site — and it is the same address the booking form uses in its summary step: the document that opens is always the one published on this page, with no separate copies.
The main JavaScript libraries, styles, images and fonts required for the site to work are served directly from the site's own host.
The site makes no requests to Google Fonts during ordinary browsing. The fonts used are provided locally by the site's infrastructure. The Greek version generates no Google Fonts requests either.
The site mainly uses the browser's local storage for technical purposes. This information is used for technical operation and to remember the user's preferences.
The site does not write its own cookies via JavaScript: the information listed above is kept in the browser's local or session storage and is not transmitted to third parties. The list matches the keys actually used by the site's code.
During the technical check of the audited build, the site set no cookies of its own before the user made a choice. Any technical cookies set by the hosting infrastructure may depend on the environment in which the site is running.
At the time of the latest check the site does not use Service Workers to load or store resources.
The server uses a Content Security Policy (CSP) to restrict the origins from which the browser may load certain categories of resource.
default-src 'self'; script-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval' https://iryfdlrsxtjylqkoykpb.supabase.co https://challenges.cloudflare.com; style-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline'; img-src 'self' data: blob:; font-src 'self'; connect-src 'self' https://iryfdlrsxtjylqkoykpb.supabase.co https://challenges.cloudflare.com; frame-src https://maps.google.com https://www.google.com https://challenges.cloudflare.com; form-action 'self'; base-uri 'self'; object-src 'none'; frame-ancestors 'self'
The 'unsafe-inline' and 'unsafe-eval' directives are currently required by the rendering engine served locally by the site: they do not enable third-party resources and are under technical review.
These headers help limit unwanted browser behaviour, improper loading, page embedding and unnecessary disclosure of referrer information.
The site undergoes runtime testing to observe the requests the browser actually makes. The latest check was carried out through the browser's Resource Timing API, examining loaded resources, iframes, scripts, resource hints, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and the possible presence of Service Workers.
The following were tested: first load with the banner untouched, full page scroll, reaching the Google Maps section, closing with the X, "Reject", "Customise" without enabling optional services, and positive consent to the map. In the first six scenarios no non-necessary third-party connections were observed; with positive consent Google Maps loads normally.
The check was repeated on the Italian, English, Spanish, German, Greek and French versions.
Checks may also include HAR recordings for internal technical analysis, which are not published.
The audit described was carried out on the artefacts of the build intended for publication, in the project's preview environment. The behaviour of the hosting infrastructure may introduce further technical elements that do not depend directly on the site's code: for this reason the checks are also repeated on the public domain after publication.
The responsive code has been checked statically; runtime verification on a mobile viewport is repeated during the site's periodic checks.
The configurations described are part of the measures adopted by Medident to limit unnecessary processing and to manage user consent. The figures given refer to the build indicated and are updated after each new check.

This site uses technical cookies, which are necessary for it to work, and - only with your consent - third-party cookies for embedded external content such as the Google Maps map. You can accept, refuse or choose which ones to enable. Refusing does not limit your use of the site. Further information is available in the Cookie Policy.
Closing the banner using the X will allow you to continue browsing with the default settings, without cookies or tracking tools other than those strictly necessary.
Choose which categories to enable. You can change your choices at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Essential for the site to work and to store your cookie choices. They do not require consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
They allow embedded external content to be displayed (Google Maps). If you enable them, Google may set cookies and process data, including outside the EU, in accordance with its own privacy notice.

Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit send to your device, where they are stored so that they can be sent back to the same sites on your next visit. Similar tools may also be used, such as the browser local storage.
Necessary technical cookies. Used exclusively to ensure that the site works and to store the choices made about cookies. No consent is required for these tools. The choice is stored in the browser local storage (entry mdc-cookie-consent) for a maximum of 6 months. The site also uses strictly technical local storage entries, all first-party and with no tracking purpose, needed to keep some of the user's preferences and for the interface to work correctly: the full list, with the purpose and duration of each entry, is set out further down this page. No third-party cookies are set before consent.
Third-party cookies (subject to consent). The site embeds the Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited). That content is disabled by default and is loaded only after your explicit consent; once enabled, Google may set its own cookies and process data in accordance with its own privacy notice, including transfers to third countries on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.
The site uses Google Maps, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to let you view the location of the practice and the related directions.
The service is disabled by default and is not loaded before the user's consent.
Only after the relevant consent category has been accepted can the browser establish connections with Google's systems and transmit the technical information needed for the service to work, such as IP address, browser and device information and data on interaction with the map.
Google may process this information in accordance with its own privacy documentation and, within its international infrastructure, transfers of data to countries outside the European Economic Area may take place under the applicable transfer mechanisms.
You can refuse Google Maps without losing access to the site's other essential features, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences panel available in the footer.
Instead of cookies the site uses the browser's local and session storage, for technical and functional purposes only. None of this information requires consent and none is disclosed to third parties.
Some features require a connection to external services even though they install no cookies on your device. They are activated only when the feature is requested and have no statistical, advertising or profiling purpose.
The check on cookie and local storage behaviour after the anti-abuse verification has run is completed on the public domain at the end of a real booking. Should any technical cookies set by Cloudflare emerge, they will be listed in this policy with name, domain, duration and purpose. No entry is added before it has actually been observed.
This site does not use advertising profiling cookies or traffic analytics tools. No tracking is carried out for marketing purposes.
The fonts and libraries used by the site are hosted directly on our server: displaying them involves no connection to third-party servers and no transmission of your IP address to external parties. There are two third-party contents: the map described above, subject to your consent, and the online booking form of the Medident scheduling system, which is loaded only if you choose to open it and is technically necessary to provide the booking service you requested. At the last step of the booking the form also loads an anti-abuse check provided by Cloudflare, necessary to prevent automated bookings.
Non-necessary cookies are installed on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), freely given and withdrawable at any time without affecting the use of the site. You can change or withdraw your choices by clicking on "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page. Closing the banner without making a choice does not amount to consent: in that case only technical cookies are used. Closing the banner with the X also keeps the default settings and lets you continue browsing without activating cookies or tracking tools other than the technical ones.
You can also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Disabling technical cookies may impair some features of the site.
The data entered in the contact and application forms is processed solely to answer the enquiry or to assess the application, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request). Information and contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and, as a rule, for a maximum of 12 months after the request is closed; if the contact leads to a healthcare or contractual relationship, or if retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect a right, the relevant data may be kept for the different periods applicable to those purposes. CVs and applications are kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt. The checkbox in the forms confirms that the privacy notice has been read and does not constitute consent to processing. The data is not disclosed or used for commercial purposes.
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to medidentferrara@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (Privacy Code) and the measures of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Medident Clinic S.r.l. has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) pursuant to Articles 37-39 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Data subjects may contact the DPO directly on matters relating to the processing of their personal data and to the exercise of the rights provided for by data protection law.
In the course of its activity the Controller processes:
The processing of health data for care purposes does not require consent, as it is necessary for the purposes of diagnosis, assistance and healthcare treatment pursuant to Article 9(2)(h) GDPR and Article 75 of the Privacy Code, as clarified by the Italian Data Protection Authority in Measure no. 55 of 7 March 2019.
Providing the identification and health data needed to deliver the services is mandatory: refusal means the requested services cannot be carried out. Providing data for optional purposes (for example receiving informational communications) is voluntary and refusal does not affect access to care.
Within the limits of the purposes indicated, the data may be disclosed to: authorised clinical and administrative staff, acting under the authority of the Controller and bound by professional secrecy; dental and analysis laboratories; consultant medical specialists; providers of IT, practice management and data storage services, appointed as processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR; accountants and tax advisers; supplementary health funds, mutual funds and insurers at the request of the data subject; finance providers for financing applications; health and judicial authorities in the cases provided for by law. The data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The data is normally processed within the European Economic Area. Where the use of technology services entails a transfer to third countries, this takes place solely where the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR are in place (an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses, supplemented by additional measures).
The Controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures pursuant to Article 32 GDPR: access control with individual credentials, encryption of communications, periodic backups, storage of paper records in protected areas, training and written designation of the persons authorised to process data, and impact assessments where required by Article 35 GDPR.
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 GDPR:
Requests should be sent to medidentferrara@gmail.com. The Controller replies without undue delay and in any case within one month, which may be extended by two months in complex cases. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome - www.garanteprivacy.it) or to bring proceedings before the courts.
Clinic Core. To manage clinical records and its electronic clinical dossier, Medident Clinic S.r.l. uses Clinic Core, a proprietary clinical management software developed specifically for the organisational and clinical processes of the practice. Clinic Core was developed by Dr Vassilios Dimoglou with the technical collaboration of the IT specialist Dario Chianello.
The clinical dossier, governed by the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines on health dossiers of 4 June 2015, makes it possible to organise and make available within the practice, according to specific authorisation profiles, the clinical information relating to the treatments and to the different care episodes of the patient, in order to support continuity and coordination of care. The records required for an individual treatment are instead processed as part of the care activity.
Setting up the clinical dossier requires a specific consent from the data subject, separate from acknowledgement of this privacy notice, from informed consent to the healthcare treatment and from any further optional consents. Withholding consent to the creation or use of the dossier does not in any way affect access to healthcare services.
Consent to the dossier may be withdrawn at any time in the manner indicated by the practice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out and does not entail the deletion of clinical records that must be retained for legal obligations, care needs or medico-legal protection.
The patient may request, in the cases and in the manner provided for by the applicable legislation, that individual documents, treatments or care episodes in the dossier be obscured, including after they have been entered. Obscuring limits the visibility of the information within the dossier, in a way that does not allow other staff to detect its existence, and is not equivalent to the deletion of the underlying health records.
Access to the dossier is restricted to authorised persons according to their role and to the needs of the care pathway, on the basis of authorisation profiles and necessity criteria. Clinic Core records accesses and the main operations carried out on the dossier through computer logs: traceability may include, depending on the operation, the identity of the user, the date and time of access and the type of activity performed. Logs are retained for the period set out in the guidelines cited above.
The Clinic Core functions dedicated to the dossier include, among others, management of consent and its withdrawal, obscuring of documents or care episodes, access control and the recording of activities carried out by authorised users. Clinic Core is used as part of the technical and organisational measures adopted by Medident Clinic S.r.l. to protect personal and health data, in line with the applicable requirements on confidentiality, access control and traceability.
Informed consent to healthcare treatment, governed by Italian Law no. 219 of 22 December 2017, is separate from consent to the processing of personal data and concerns clinical information about risks, benefits and therapeutic alternatives. The related documentation is obtained and kept in the patient clinical records.
For patients who are minors, the notice is provided to the holder of parental responsibility. The processing of the data needed for care purposes is based on Article 9(2)(h) GDPR and does not require privacy consent; informed consent to healthcare treatment is instead given by the holder of parental responsibility, in accordance with the applicable civil law rules and taking account of the wishes of the minor in relation to their age and degree of maturity. The rights provided for in Articles 15-22 GDPR are exercised by the holder of parental responsibility in the interest of the minor. The same applies, through the legal representative, to persons who are legally incapacitated or subject to a support administration order. The site is not intended for the direct collection of data from minors.
Reports, certificates and information about state of health are disclosed solely to the data subject or to a person expressly authorised in writing and holding an identity document. Health information may be given to family members or cohabitants only at the direction of the data subject, save in cases of necessity and urgency provided for by law. In shared areas, staff take suitable precautions to prevent data from becoming known to third parties, in accordance with the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on the processing of personal data in the healthcare sector.
Telephone numbers and email addresses are used to manage appointments, recall reminders and service communications relating to care. Where the patient chooses to contact the clinic through third-party messaging services (for example WhatsApp), the relevant provider processes the data as an independent controller in accordance with its own notice; the clinic asks patients not to send detailed clinical information through that channel. Any informational or promotional communications about the services of the clinic are sent only with specific, revocable consent, pursuant to Article 130 of the Privacy Code.
Where video surveillance systems are in place to protect property and safety, they are signposted by information notices placed before the field of view, in accordance with the general Measure of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 8 April 2010, EDPB Guidelines 3/2019 and the rules on remote monitoring of workers (Article 4 of the Italian Workers Statute). The images are kept for strictly the necessary time and in any case for no longer than 24-48 hours, save for specific investigative needs.
The Controller maintains the record of processing activities pursuant to Article 30 GDPR, designates in writing the persons authorised to process data pursuant to Article 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code, governs relations with processors through legal acts compliant with Article 28 GDPR and applies the accountability principle set out in Article 24 GDPR, periodically reviewing the adequacy of the measures adopted.
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018; Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) as amended; Measure of the Italian Data Protection Authority no. 55 of 7 March 2019 on processing in the healthcare sector; Guidelines of the Authority on the health dossier of 4 June 2015; Guidelines of the Authority on the use of cookies of 10 June 2021; Measure of the Authority no. 146/2019 on special categories of data; Italian Law no. 219 of 22 December 2017; the Italian Code of Medical Ethics; Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code and tax legislation on document retention.
No processing based on entirely automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR is carried out. Assisted diagnostic support tools are used solely as an aid to the assessment of the doctor, who retains every clinical decision.
In the event of a personal data breach that presents a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the Controller notifies the Italian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours pursuant to Article 33 GDPR and, where the risk is high, informs the data subjects pursuant to Article 34 GDPR.

The data and CV sent through the «Work with us» form are processed to assess and manage the application, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Access is restricted to the management and the front office of the practice; the data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, unless the data subject requests otherwise. Please do not include in your CV data concerning health or other special categories, which are not necessary to assess the application.
The "Book your visit" section hosts the booking form of the Medident scheduling system (Clinic Core). The form is not a simple contact channel: the request submitted is recorded directly as an appointment in the practice's schedule. The form is loaded only when the user chooses to open it; anyone who prefers not to use it may book by telephone or via WhatsApp.
Data processed. Identification data (first name and surname) and contact details (email address and telephone number); the service selected; the professional chosen or the "first available professional" option; the date and time of the appointment; any optional note entered by the user; technical data necessary for the security of the service, including the outcome of the anti-abuse check, the IP address processed server-side for security and abuse-prevention checks, the time of the request and a technical identifier that prevents duplicate appointments from being created.
Data minimisation. The form does not ask for medical history, diagnoses, ongoing treatments, medication, reports, clinical images or any other health documentation. The service is chosen by selecting an item from the list of bookable services. An optional notes field is available for organisational information: please do not use it for information about your state of health, which you may share during the visit or by telephone.
The service selected. Depending on the service chosen, this information may indicate the medical area of the visit requested. For this reason the data is handled with the same safeguards applied to data concerning health: it is used solely to organise the appointment and to prepare the service, is accessible only to authorised staff and is not used for commercial purposes.
Purposes. Management of the booking request; entering and managing the appointment in the schedule; organisation of the service and service messages relating to the appointment; prevention of automated, duplicate or abusive bookings and security of the booking service. The data collected through the form is not used for newsletters, marketing or profiling.
Legal bases. Performance of the service requested by the data subject and pre-contractual measures taken at their request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); as regards the part relating to care, the healthcare purposes referred to in Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR and Art. 75 of the Italian Privacy Code; as regards technical security checks and abuse prevention, the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the correct operation and security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Nature of the provision of data. Providing first name, surname, email, telephone number, service, date and time is necessary in order to complete the online booking. Failure to provide them makes it impossible to complete the booking through the form, without prejudice to the possibility of booking by telephone or via WhatsApp. The checkbox shown in the summary confirms that this privacy notice has been read and does not constitute general consent to processing.
Security measures and abuse prevention. Transmission takes place over an encrypted connection. Before confirmation the form runs an anti-abuse check provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile), whose validity is verified server-side: the purpose is to prevent automatically generated bookings. Technical controls are also in place to prevent the same time slot being assigned twice, duplicate appointments being created and an abnormal number of requests in quick succession, including through checks on the contact details provided. The implementation details of these controls are not published so as not to reduce their effectiveness.
Recipients and infrastructure. Booking data is processed by the practice's authorised staff and by the provider of the Clinic Core management system, appointed as processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, which delivers the service on managed cloud infrastructure. The anti-abuse check is provided by Cloudflare, limited to the technical verification described. Sections 5 and 6 on recipients and on any transfers outside the European Economic Area remain applicable.
Retention. Appointment data follows the periods set out in section 7 for data relating to services and appointments. Technical security data is retained for the time strictly necessary to prevent and manage abuse, incidents and anomalous attempts, in accordance with the retention criteria adopted by the Controller and by the technical providers involved.
Rights. The rights provided for by Arts. 15-22 GDPR and how to exercise them are set out in section 9 of this notice and apply in full also to data collected through the booking form.
